Here I am running my very first Super Half Marathon at Cardiff. I got an unexpected PB. I'm a very slow runner so even a minute PB feels like an achievement to me. Who says nothing new on race day? Brand new ASICS Novablast 5 on race day got me a PB, so I will reconsider that statement for the future!
